PlayStation Invites Spider-Man 2 Fans To "Treat Yourself To 19 Inches Of Venom"

With October almost here, PlayStation's marketing division is currently rolling out more advertising for Marvel's Spider-Man 2, some of which might be a little too suggestive. Over on the PlayStation UK Twitter account--and still up amazingly--the company is inviting fans to purchase the game with a simple message. "Treat yourself to 19 inches of Venom and more with the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Collector's Edition."

While that innuendo-loaded phrase has produced quite a few chuckles and has given the thirstier side of the Venom fan community an excuse to resurface, it is of course referring to the statue that comes packaged with the collector's edition. That particular piece of memorabilia features a Kaiju-sized Venom duking it out with both of New York's resident Spider-Men, and measures in at 19 inches tall from base to Miles Morales in mid-air charging up his signature bio-electric punch attack.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 launches on October 20 for PS5, and you're going to want to make certain that you have 98GB of storage capacity set aside for it.
